1 whole cauliflower
Fresh herbs; Rosemary, thyme, basil

Cut the cauliflower in half and boil in a cup of water for a few minutes so it’s partially cooked.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mixed in the partially cooked cauliflower. Try to mash it up and add your herbs and fill in your pie pan for the crust. Add Parmesan to your crust. Add a layer of tomatoes or tomato sauce. Then sprinkle your mozzarella cheese with favorite toppings and bake on 400 degrees for about 10 – 30 minutes depending on how you want your cheese melted.
